Old Providence Island its a little island
situated in the middle of the Caribbean Ocean. Isla de Providencia or Old Providence is a mountainous island . It belonged to Lord OLiver Cromwell who was the "Lord protector of England, Scotland, and Ireland." Though it is closer to Nicaragua, it is part of the Archipielago de San Andres, Providencia, and Santa Catalina, a department of Colombia, lying midway between Costa Rica and Jamaica. Its maximum elevation is 360m above sea level.
The island was the site of an English Puritan colony established in 1629 by the Providence Island Company, and was taken by spain in 1641.

The infamous pirate Henry Morgan
used Providencia as a base for raiding the Spanish empire, and rumours suggest that much treasure remains hidden on the island. Providencia has a population of 4,000 yet receives about 15,000 visitors per year. The island is also a scuba diving destination, with a 32 km long barrier reef protecting the Eastern and North/South parts of the island.
The 995-hectare national park Old Providence McBean Lagoon is located on the island's northeast side.

LAZY HILL
The lot is located in the west side of the island. It is 35.000 m2 and the view from the top of the lot is in the picture above. At the bottom there is a statue of 3 mt high (10 ft). There is 350 mt from the statue to the point in which the picture was taken.
There is the little town of San Felipe steps from the
entrance to the lot, with no more than 15 families living in it, that work either in fishing or cultivating. You can see the statue in the mountain at the left, the little white dot. The lot goes from the statue all the way to the top, then goes down to the right all the way to the bottom, then behind the houses until the statue.
The best thing about the island, is its people. Good and humble people that every time you talk to them will make you feel at home. This lot its perfect to be used with a personal or commercial purpose. For the past 3 years, the owners have been working on the development of a project, which includes, 12 apartments and 16 houses.
